KENNETH KACZKOWSKI
CEO & DIRECTOR
Mr. Kaczkowski has been an equity research analyst and investment advisor based in Germany for the past decade. He also serves as a broker for Warranty & Indemnity Insurance, operating across 25 markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa where he has placed over 125 policies, representing a deal volume of approximately €50 billion. As a founding investor in Gold Hart Mining Corporation and Black Lake, he played a crucial role in raising over $20 million. Furthermore, he has raised over $50 million for various mining, defense, insurance and technology companies. Mr. Kaczkowski has built and maintained a robust network of investment bankers and lawyers in both North American as well as in major European financial markets. His expertise spans project development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and risk management. Mr. Kaczkowski authored several articles on Volatility in the US market, Equity valuations in the US, an outlook on the Spanish Economy and the longest bull market in history. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Smith’s School of Business at Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western University.
RISHI KWATRA

Mr. Kwatra has over 15 years of proven financial expertise and business acumen which the Company believes will help create a strong business plan and path forward for realizing shareholder and market value. His many roles include corporate finance, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions for several industry leaders. He has extensive experience in undertaking project generation and business development along with evaluating early to advanced stage M&A opportunities in the mining sector. His extensive network of international contacts in the institutional and capital markets brings strong financial relationships. He has been involved with and led significant financings for various public and private issuers. Mr. Kwatra is also a serial entrepreneur and a seasoned investor in Real Estate. He has studied International Trade and Business Administration in Finance at BCIT. Mr. Kwatra is well-travelled, and fluent in several languages.
MARC MORIN
DIRECTOR
Mr. Morin is a seasoned businessman and Vancouver-based entrepreneur. He began his capital markets career with a boutique merchant bank in Vancouver. He has assisted various public and private companies raise in excess of $300-million through various institutions, with a focus throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. He has over 18 years of work experience in the public and private markets. Mr. Morin has garnered an extensive network of investment banking contacts and experience that are instrumental in the management and development of start-ups and junior companies. He has also served as CEO, president and director of several public issuers in the resource sector.
KEENAN H. HOHOL

Mr. Hohol is a lawyer and executive with over 20 years of international advisory experience, with a record of achievements in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions, corporate governance and corporate development, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, litigation management, business ethics and anti-corruption, and corporate social responsibility. Mr. Hohol ‘s previous executive roles include General Counsel, Global Exploration, BHP Billiton; Global Head of Legal, Western Coal and interim General Counsel at Walter Energy; Vice-President, Legal and General Counsel, for Silver Standard Resources; and General Counsel, for Pan American Silver.
NILDA RIVERA
CFO & CORPORATE SECRETARY
Ms. Rivera has over 20 years of experience in corporate and operational finance and managed publicly listed companies in the areas of accounting, finance, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. She was involved in IPOs, RTOs and mergers and acquisitions in several industries including cannabis, hemp, resource and technology, and assisted various start-up companies in achieving public listings on the CSE, TSXV and OTC, and their uplisting to the TSX and NYSE. Ms. Rivera is currently CFO of Cloud Nine Web3 Technologies Inc. Previously, she served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Secretary at Aurora Cannabis Inc. where she was instrumental in building its finance team, and involved in completing its early equity and debt financings and its uplisting to the TSX and NYSE. She has also served as CFO, Corporate Secretary and a director for several public mining and exploration companies.
