KENNETH KACZKOWSKI

CEO & DIRECTOR

Mr. Kaczkowski  has been an equity research analyst and investment advisor based in Germany for the past decade. He also serves as a broker for Warranty & Indemnity Insurance, operating across 25 markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa where he has placed over 125 policies, representing a deal volume of approximately €50 billion. As a founding investor in Gold Hart Mining Corporation and Black Lake, he played a crucial role in raising over $20 million. Furthermore, he has raised over $50 million for various mining, defense, insurance and technology companies. Mr. Kaczkowski has built and maintained a robust network of investment bankers and lawyers in both North American as well as in major European financial markets. His expertise spans project development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and risk management. Mr. Kaczkowski authored several articles on Volatility in the US market, Equity valuations in the US, an outlook on the Spanish Economy and the longest bull market in history. He holds a Master’s Degree in International  Business from Smith’s School of Business at Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western University.

MARC MORIN

DIRECTOR

Mr. Morin is a seasoned businessman and Vancouver-based entrepreneur. He began his capital markets career with a boutique merchant bank in Vancouver. He has assisted various public and private companies raise in excess of $300-million through various institutions, with a focus throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. He has over 18 years of work experience in the public and private markets. Mr. Morin has garnered an extensive network of investment banking contacts and experience that are instrumental in the management and development of start-ups and junior companies. He has also served as CEO, president and director of several public issuers in the resource sector.

Frederic Caumon

DIRECTOR

Mr. Caumon is European based and has over 20 years of experience in the financial and consulting sectors. He began his career at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies in the UK, advising major companies and governments on hedging and fiscal policies. He then served as Vice President for the EMEA in the Equity Division at Deutsche Bank, which was the largest equity investment bank globally at the time, covering European Exploration and Production (E&P) among other sectors. 

Frederic also served as Executive Director and Head of M&A and ECM Small and Mid-Caps for France & Benelux at Banco Santander, the largest listed European bank and a leading investment bank in Latin America. His extensive project management experience includes establishing a private equity platform focused on Central Europe’s real estate market for family offices. He also has significant experience in alternative energy and clean energy sectors. 

In addition, Frederic managed financial assets at Montpensier Finance, a French regulated investment firm based in Paris. More recently, Frederic has been advising corporations and governments on financial engineering through his boutique firm, Crestia Partners. Frederic holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Finance from Dauphine University.

NILDA RIVERA

CFO & CORPORATE SECRETARY

Ms. Rivera has over 20 years of experience in corporate and operational finance and managed publicly listed companies in the areas of accounting, finance, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. She was involved in IPOs, RTOs and mergers and acquisitions in several industries including cannabis, hemp, resource and technology, and assisted various start-up companies in achieving public listings on the CSE, TSXV and OTC, and their uplisting to the TSX and NYSE. Ms. Rivera is currently CFO of Cloud Nine Web3 Technologies Inc. Previously, she served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Secretary at Aurora Cannabis Inc. where she was instrumental in building its finance team, and involved in completing its early equity and debt financings and its uplisting to the TSX and NYSE. She has also served as CFO, Corporate Secretary and a director for several public mining and exploration companies.
